“We loved our stay at Peneda ecofarm. It is well located for walks in the National Park and only an hours drive from Porto's airport. There are several natural river pools to swim in with in a 30 minute drive of the accomodation. Which we were directed to by the owners. Our room was modern and fresh with a lovely balcony. The air conditioning was great for night time. The breakfast and evening meals were carefully prepared and delicious with fantastic local vino verde. The local town of Ponte...

“Adoramos a nossa estadia São Torcato. O staff foi muito simpático antes, durante e no final da estadia. A casa era espaçosa. Fica localizado muito próximo de Guimarães. Gostamos muito e recomendamos este hotel. ”

“The reason I gave it 4 stars is because when I booked it it stated it had a bathtub but it was a shower. Also it said it had a hot tub but it was broken. The shower water was spraying everywhere. The wifi doesn’t have great reception tv doesn’t work as it can’t connect to wifi. Staff is very nice but it stated on website they speak Portuguese and English, no one speaks English there the owner did use google translate. It’s very clean and beautiful hotel. ”

“Hotel S Bento is your typical larger hotel. The staff, however, was very friendly and helpful. We did have dinner in the hotel one night which was quite good but if you are looking for ambiance, it's not at this hotel. The location worked out perfectly with easy access to the National Park which was our primary desire. I'd stay again but simply be ok with a "hotel" vs. any type of BnB.”

“there was nothing we liked... the foto made one think it was in a green location. it was sqeezed in between other hotels, on a very steep hill, very narrow street reception is in bmt. staff was unfriendly, room was like a cell, window opened untoa roof and walk way, so we could not sleep w. open window... address is wrong, the place is in Geres which is a town 27 km further east, we had to backtrack after we got to the town that is noted on the reservation, which is act. the district...
