"Staff at the hotel were welcoming and courteous. Can’t fault the hotel in any way, spotlessly clean and nice room. It is a bit out of the way so a car is recommended but as a base to get around it is perfect. 5 minutes to the GC1 which links the capital Las Palmas to the sunny resorts and beaches in the south, about a 30 minute drive away. "It would have been nice if they would somehow warn you that you shouldn't come by foot. Definitely take a car/taxi up this bloody hill. We were both fit and it was exhausting to drag our luggage and belongings up the hill to the hotel. Definitely would not recommend to stay here if you dont have a car/taxi because you'll be hiking up and down all day. "Fatal ! La reserva ponía entrada a partir de las 12:00 h y no querían darnos habitación hasta las 16:00 h. La tv no tenía canales en castellano estando en España , ni ningún tipo de información del hotel estaba en castellano. Y la información era engañosa había una botella de vino de cortesía y luego la cobraron cuando no estaba indicado precio en ningún sitio, la atención del personal nefasta y lo peor admiten mascotas, a la tarde 4 horas después del check in en el que no nos dijeron nada ,...
