“이 호텔은 매우 좋은 호텔이지만 중요 지역으로부터 거기가 너무 멀고 가격이 비싸서 사실 유럽을 여행하려는 사람들에겐 그닥 추천하고 싶지는 않습니다. 특별히 스파를 즐기면서 조용한 공원같은 곳에서 푹 쉬고 싶은 분들에겐 좋을지 모르겠네요..
또한 호텔 건물이 본관외에 여러개로 되어있어 객실 유형에 맞는 방이 배정된지 잘 알지 못할거 같습니다. 에를 들어 저는 슈페리어 객실을 거의 60만원에 달하는 요금으로 예약하였는데 본관이 아닌 별관에 그것도 다락방을 객실로 만든 방을 배정받아 매우 불쾌하였습니다. 이런 모호한 점이 그 호텔에 대한 신뢰를 갖기 어렵고 영어나 불어가 능숙치 않은 동양인데 대한 부당한 처우 같다라는 생각이 들었습니다..”

“Receptionist was very polite and welcomed us with a smiling face. She checked us in and escorted us to our room while also helping us with the luggage which she didn't have to but was much appreciated by us :) Excellent customer service overall and comfortable stay. Rooms were huge and the unique character of the property was very well maintained. Location is excellent!”

things to aware: wifi free but slow. bathroom is super mini. very small room. people smoking at doors. room doesnt smell nice..와이파이열라느림.방에 케리어 갖고들어가면 바닥에자리없음. 문앞에서 담배핌. 방냄새 안좋음.
overall: cheap price for basic you need. recomend only for who need sleep and go. 잠만자고간다면추천. 세명이 가면 백팩보다 싼값에 3인실에서 씻고 잘수잇음.”
