Everything about this hotel is excellent; the staff are friendly and efficient, all areas clean and comfortable. We travelled with a wheelchair user, and although the room was perfect for our needs with for instance a full wet room rather than a bath, getting to it was, as is usually the case in hotels, a bit of a trial through heavy fire doors, especially maneuvering suitcases at the same time. The staff are extremely helpful though, and a wheelchair lift is provided to help negotiate the short flight of 3-4 stairs leading from the lobby to the rooms, which made everything as wheelchair friendly as humanly possible. We would recommend this hotel to any wheelchair user, but please either take or ask for help getting to your room!

Totally basic not a good stay at all. Room smelt of smoke, overlooked the car park. Looks set in the 80s. I stay away a lot but this place is not good.

Stay here often when visiting Nottingham
All staff are very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast and reasonable dinner options. Reception, lounge and dining areas all nicely furnished and comfortable. Nice bar. Bedrooms overall good but bathrooms small.

The only comment I'd make is that I couldn't access the hotel info on the TV (I looked but could not find it) - I wanted to call reception as I'd forgotten my toothbrush but did not know which number to dial on the phone. The TV remote control was not v responsive either
