"The staff was very friendly on arrival and had us checked in within minutes. Our room was very clean and spacious. We had a twin room. One of the bed bases was broken but this was changed the same day as reported.
The room was cleaned daily. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Coffee/tea was replaced daily and cups cleaned."
"From the moment we booked in the reception staff were very helpful and friendly,we had a refurbished room that was spacious and very clean,as there isn't any Aircon there was a free standing fan behind the door for us. The bed was large and very comfortable, the pillows could have been firmer. There was a good choice for breakfast, I'm a vegetarian and I wasn't left hungry again the staff were very friendly.
We didn't stay in the hotel carpark,as we had read the reviews, and have a large car ,so stayed in the NCP which is next to the hotel.
Would we stay again yes,as it was a short walk to the city centre and we needed to pass the Kittie cafe 😻 to get there. The hotel is beautiful decorated and very clean."
"This is a really good hotel. The location is great for the theatres and cinema in Nottingham. It's in front of Rock City and a 20 min walk from the station. There are good restaurants nearby but the hotel also has 2 restaurants, room service and bar meals. It's worth upgrading to use the Club Lounge too. Comfy beds, quiet rooms and a bath! Theres a pool and soa too. No complaints!"
