The hotel web site featured a water front hotel with a beach bar and sports facilities. When we got there, we realized the hotel was part of a readaptation center for paraplegics and we had a room adapted for disabled. The lake is at a wakable distance but you have to cross a rail way. We never found the beach bar nor the beach. Very disappointed. It was not the vacation atmosphere we expected... Very clean however and nice food.

Superb facilities for conferences or tourism

We enjoyed the great facilities (restaurants, bars, lobbies, outside campus of the Institute...), the delicious breakfast, large confortable rooms. It was close enough to Luzern to visit easily.

Das Hotel mutet er an wie eine Jugendherberge. Sehr großes Gelände. Undurchsichtig. Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Klimaanlage gibt es nicht. Auch die Badezimmer sind alt und abgenutzt.

Das Zimmer ist in einem hintersten Gebäude, wobei man das Zimmer fast nicht findet. Es könnte besser Beschildert sein. Das Zimmer hat im Bad/Gang keine Lichtschalter sondern Lichtsensoren. Wenn man Nachts auf die Toilette geht, ist man voll beleuchtet😱 dies könnte Nachts gedimmt sein… Ansonsten bin ich nicht ins Hotel reingekommen. Es musste mir ein Nachtwärter aufmachen. Die Info war schlecht, wie ich Nachts ins Gebäude komme. Ansonsten war der Aufenth gut. Grosses Zimmer, schön Modern und übersichtlich. Saubere Räumlichkeiten.

Het hotel.is slechts een aanhangels van het hele complex, wel foed coor rolstoelen of vergaderen. Het is meer een zalencentrum , waarbij ook woningen in het complex aanwezig zijn. Er is geen airconditioning. Het ontbijt is voldoende maar niet meer dan dat. Alles is bereikbaar via liften, die ook wel nodig zijn. Afstand hotelkamer ontbijt zaal is 5 minuten. Receptie geeft onvoldoende info. Gordijnen defect, ventilator is maar beperkt inzetbaar. Schoonmaak is matig. Nee gezien de prijs, erg slecht

Mauvaise expérience en Juillet 2024

Chambre sans climatusation avec une température interrieur supérieure à 25 degres. Seul un ventilateur sur pied très bruyant à disposition. Je suis resté deux nuits et n'ai pratiquement pas dormi tellement j'avais chaud. Chambre et batiment vetustes. A 180.- la nuit, on pourrait clairement s'attendre à une chambre tempérée et des matelas corrects.

Vrij nieuw hotel naast een revalidatiecentrum

Bij aankomst was het puzzelen waar je je moest melden. Ook eenmaal in de parkeergarage (betaald) was het zoeken waar de receptie was. Dit kan veel beter aangegeven worden dan nu het geval is. Ontbijt was prima, goede koffie en je kon een ei naar keuze laten bereiden. Kamer was prima echter laat geen lamp aan in de badkamer of kamer met een raam open.... veel muggen etc.. Kamer heeft een lege minibar en in ons geval gescheiden bedden.
