Estadia Tranquila com Vista Deslumbrante

O hotel é uma agradável surpresa, com uma decoração diferenciada e muito bonita, criando um ambiente acolhedor e charmoso. A vista é simplesmente linda, cercada pela natureza, proporcionando uma tranquilidade rara, perfeita para descansar e ter noites de sono muito agradáveis. O atendimento foi cordial, com a equipe sempre pronta para ajudar, o que fez toda a diferença na experiência. No entanto, o café da manhã deixou a desejar, com poucas opções. Seria interessante se o hotel investisse em mais variedade, pois esse é um ponto que poderia elevar ainda mais a estadia. O quarto, por sua vez, é muito confortável, com uma cama excelente e tudo bem limpo. O banheiro conta com uma banheira, o que pode ser um atrativo, embora o chuveiro no estilo europeu possa não agradar a todos os hóspedes. Percebi que algumas áreas do hotel precisam de reformas e manutenção, o que não comprometeu a experiência, mas é algo que deve ser observado para manter o alto padrão que o local propõe. A localização, embora ótima para quem busca tranquilidade e contato com a natureza, pode ser um problema para quem precisa de transporte, pois, devido à distância até Igrejinha, tive dificuldade em chamar carros por aplicativos e acabei precisando contratar um motorista particular, o que elevou os custos da viagem. A estrada de acesso, no entanto, é boa e quase toda pavimentada, e não tive problemas para chegar ao hotel com o GPS. No geral, o hotel é diferenciado na região e eu certamente o recomendaria.

O hotel é muito bonito, com uma vista incrível do vale, silencioso e tranquilo, ótimo para quem busca descanso. A equipe é muito atenciosa, prestativa e simpática. As áreas de uso comum, assim como o quarto, são muito limpas, arejadas, amplas e confortáveis. O restaurante é muito bom, com opções de massas, molhos e acompanhamentos, a um preço justo. Nunca fiz um comentário sobre qualquer lugar que eu tenha me hospedado. Mas infelizmente foi o pior custo benefício que tive em anos de trip. Piscina quente: Suja... Banho: frio Chuveiro; péssimo. Atendimento prestativo ponto positivo Café da manhã: pobre, para uma diária de mais de 400 Reais... Um hotel lindo, criado com muito capricho de quem fez, que infelizmente não está mais a altura dos seus melhores anos. De coração espero que melhorem! Custo benefício Nota 3
