The stay would have been perfect should have we been informed of ongoing renovations in the hotel. We were also moved twice of rooms because the AC did not work... staff was so nice so i want to give them credits for that, but otherwise it was disappointing...

Blame guest for broken items
Check all the furniture before checking in.. they can blame you for any broken items there.. as we’re 2 adult with no kids.. they try blame us for broken the telephone desk… we don’t even knew what’s broken at the end they said it fixable .. so no charge ..
