"The rooms are a fair size for a French hotel. No frills, clean and comfortable. Sole issue for my particular experience, shower/sink water barely over tepid. I mentioned to the staff who adressed it, and water was instantly warmer, although still not "hot". Shower with tepid water in November isnt the most agreable. "Our night at the Chateau had to be the single most memorable night of our trip. I loved it; my other half was a bit freaked by it all. The property is a long way from anywhere down a stone road. The wildlife is incredible (I’ve never heard an all-night frog chorus before and the deer roam freely through the meadows).
