DO NOT stay! Dirty. Scammers. это скам!!!

We stayed at this hotel for 1 day and immediately left. The hotel agreed to a refund, but then ghosted hotels.com and won't pay us back, despite the fact we didn't even stay in it - When we arrived there was no one manning the desk - We were given a roomkey. They said "go to floor 2 room 2". I saw room 22 and assumed that was our room, so I buzzed it with our key, and it worked. It opened another man's room. I went downstairs and clarified, it was acutally for room 2. So the rooms are simply not safe, your key can open other people's rooms - Someone else's clothes were in our room - The room was extremely dirty, no way near 4* standards - The advertised restaurant does not even exist - They did not give us a refund The girl at the desk gave us a stamped note proving we checked out, got her manager on the phone and told us we would give us a refund This hotel is a scam hotel, run by crooks, it is dirty, no way near 4* and not fit for purpose. Do not stay here.

Шикарно, но пыльно и душно

Условия отличные! Места много! Брали 7 номер Люкс с 2 спальнями и санузлами Воду в душе отрегулировать до нормальной температуры невозможно, сливные отверстия раковины сломаны, в них видно грязь, спички запри дня не убрались ни разу, очень душно!!! Окна не открываются! Одно окно в спальне было разбита, осколки торчали опасно. Витражи глухие. Грязные. Пыль на картинах, дверях, на изголовье Если вам важен чистый свежий воздух то там его нет держали дверь в коридор открыты чтоб хоть какой-то поток шел потому что кондиционеры включены только на обогрев Были в конце октября. Один темнокожий бармен за всех. Не дополняют лотки
