The hotel is in an ideal location for traveling by train or bus and being able to walk to lodging. It was also ideal for walking to the Christkindlmarkt and shopping and dining. Our room was small; it was clean and the bed was comfortable. No frills. I would have liked to have a bathmat (we used the handtowel to stand on after showering). I missed not having a hot water cooker to make tea and coffee and missed not having a small refrigerator.

Staff service and attitude poor: when requested to please assist wheeling my bag for 15 paces from outside luggafe room to lift, i was informed this is not a 5 star hotel, and that staff are not alliw to toouch guests' bags: when asjed how to make a call from hotel room to a german town and charges the respons

The hotel.is very basic, fine. But i never slept morw than 3 hours at any point. Noise and building works that i was not told about. Horrid experience from the moment i arrived.

Receptionist attitude is awful.

For a 2-star hotel, the cleaning and overall comfort were quite good. The breakfast was excellent. However, the reception services were extremely disappointing. The staff were unhelpful and gave no impression of wanting to assist guests. It felt as though they were doing their fully paid jobs as if it were a favor. Unfortunately, Alina Wieland stood out as particularly unprofessional. She could benefit from customer service training and learning the proper attitude required to be an effective receptionist.

Zentrale Lage. Nur wenige Geh-Minuten von der Altstadt und vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Das Haus ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles sauber. Freundliches Personal.

Hotel was in a convenient location at an affordable price. Room was comfortable and clean. Only disappointment was entering and leaving whereas you were assaulted by the cigarette smoke. You would think the smokers wouldnt smoke a meter away from the entry.

Great location!!! Steps from the train station. Clean, confortable bed and nice staff. Intenet works ok. Could have a water kattle in the room for tea and a fridge. They do have coffee and tea machine at the lobby but it charges you. The rest it was perfect. Would come back for fure

Ok hotel der ligger meget centralt

Meget centralt og godt hotel. Jeg var dog uheldig med at få et værelse med lugt af kloak, og mit første møde med receptionisten var heller ikke godt- hun var uvenlig. Ellers var jeg ok tilfreds med hotellet og værelset, og det var dejligt det lå tæt på togstationen
