Ikke akkurat 4 stjerner

Dette skjedde etter kort tid på stedet. Taket på det ene rommet falt ned på den som lå i senga. Den som var på rommet måtte til lege å lappes sammen. Forbud å å være i vann på resten av turen. Vi kom til stedet en dag tidligere en booket. Mange ledige rom var det så ingen problem. Vi skulle ha fire rom på stedet. To fikk vi med en gang. De to andre satt vi og ventet på til 03.30 på natten. Endelig inne på rommene og klare for å gå til ro så var alle ivrige på å dusje. Men det manglet håndklær på rommet. Vi ringte å spurte. Men det var de tomme for. Dette gjorde jo selvsagt ikke noe for aircondition fungerte ikke. Rommene fikk vi byttet etter 1 dag og fire dager. Så da taket falt ned dro vi fra dette hotellet. Vi håper selvsagt at hotels.com gjør noe med dette

They have friendly staff but the condition of the rooms Is not that great. The room in which I stayed had broken shower, bathroom without a latch, room filled with mosquitoes, and overall a dull atmosphere.

Great but lack of beach access a negative

This is a great resort and most things were impeccable. It's big however, so prepare for a decent walk to the entrance if you end up where I did. The room had a nice view of the pool area, was big and with all necessary amenities. The big negative was lack of beach access. Necessary to book a free ride with a bus to get to a beach with swimming allowed.

This was our starting point in Bali and so far the best place we stayed in. Granted, it needs some updating which they are apparently working on. So all good. The staff was fantastic. All smiling at us and extremely helpful. I felt in love with the lady on egg station because her eggs may it be poached, omelette or scrambled were fantastic. Spa staff facilitated our last minute need for a massage and pedi and it was both great. Loved the bars in pools. Fabulous vaca time.

Worst hotel we've been in, & we travel A LOT, should be max 3 starts not clean & very old. Mattress & pillows are not comfortable at all, no mattress protection, sheet is small & keeps getting out. Rooms are very far from reception. They dont change the towels unless we call them, even the phone is not working, we tried to cancle the reservation but its nonrefundable AC is not working Bathroom has molds !!! Bugs on the mattress, we were bite badly & thought its mosquitoes but we found a strange insect on the mattress

Lovely Resort

A beautiful hotel, staff were outstanding. Able to accommodate and provide recommendations on the best ways to get to and partake in events throughout the area. Two pools with swim up bars, the one at Tao you will need to cross a rather busy road to get to, but I didn’t see that as an issue. Once you are at Tao, very quiet, hammocks, beds, a swing and access to the beach. The beach itself was beautiful from a distance, but I did take a walk on it and it was not the nicest. Quite smelly in some areas and not for swimming. At night, the sunset was off the charts, pinks and purples with all the boats in the background. Gorgeous. The pool in the hotel was gorgeous, swim up bar, quiet, peaceful. Restaurants at the hotel were good. Rooms nicely kept. Bed was comfortable and room stayed very cool. Large breakfast buffet with anything you can imagine. (Pancakes were delicious). Also a large very beautiful Koi Pond, and they provide bread to feed the fish. Loved this, the fish jumped out of the water when people approached. Not a lot to do in the area, you will need a cab or car to get you around, the road is much to busy without sidewalks to safely walk. However, once you got a cab lots of places are easy to get to, fairly decent location for activities in that area.

Dejligt hotel med super hygge og stemning Er af lidt ældre dato men det gør ikke noget og slet ikke når man kigger på hoteller ved siden af Bidet ved poolen og det er super og vi kunne godt lide den balinesiske indretning Man kunne besøge nabo hotellet pool som er meget moderen Meget venligt personale og super morgenmad Kan kun anbefale det som et lille stop når man lige er landet eller skal hjem En uge vil nok være for meget

Ekonomiczny hotel nie przy plazy

Ekonomiczny hotel , trochę wymaga renowacji. Bardzo ładne i czyste basenu. Urozmaicone śniadania. Pokoje wymagają renowacji. Brak plazy przy hotelu a ta za drogą nie nadaje się do kąpieli, stoją na niej łódki. Trzeba pojechać na inna plaże, jest udostępniony bus.
