We were thrilled with our stay. The staff were incredible! The ocean view suite was clean, spacious and the view incredible. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have ever seen. Absolutely recommend it.

A hidden gem, very clean and immaculate. Staff are courteous and polite. The beach was little difficult to access so didn't bother going but we were looking forward for beach activities provided - but couldn’t make it as they are offered only in specific 2 hr time slot. We enjoyed the indoor pool in our villa and staff were prompt to provide cleaning services when requested.

Let’s start with the views from the villa… absolutely insane. Rooms were cleaned daily, amenities spotless, and the staff made us feel like family. The food even outdid most places we tried. Honestly loved this location so much I was ready to extend my whole vacation just to stay in that villa a little longer.

Beautiful place to stay

Great time and a beautiful place to stay. One thing to note is the pool area only gets sun in the morning hours as they are on the south side of the island. Also, the beach is not very walkable as it is coarse sand and you sink in very deep. But if you stay on the property the whole time you will enjoy it, and the view is excellent.

Property has great views in a wonderful area. The hotel itself is falling apart and unsafe for small children. Would recommend to back packers on a budget.

Fall asleep to the sound of ocean waves

Spent a wonderful 6 days at Ulu Segara in Nusa Dua, staying in the Ocean view suite room. Beautifully proportioned rooms and lovely furnishings with incredible view of ocean (huge windows with balcony to enjoy the afternoon cocktail and read a book). Fall asleep to the sounds of the waves and sea breeze. Staff were friendly, very accommodating and professional. Definitely recommend.

The view was amazing. However, for the price and as it is listed as a 5 star hotel, the quality of the property is very run down and I was very disappointed. Expedia, I have always been happy booking through you but you should really investigate the properties you list as a 5 Star as I was very disappointed.

We had an amazing stay at this resort! The location is perfect—quiet, with beautiful views, and the restaurant/bar serves delicious food. The room was fantastic—spacious, clean, with a comfortable bed, and the bathrooms offered stunning views. Additionally, the friendly staff made us feel welcome and attended to our needs promptly. Their personal hospitality added a special touch to our stay. We had a fantastic time and will definitely choose to stay here again next year. Shout out to the kitchen/bar and room service staffs! All of you should get a raise! Cheers :)

Not as good as expected

I have been following the hotel for 7 years and finally had a chance to visit Bali and stay in the hotel. When I arrived the hotel, I realised that I had to climb the slope to check in. The 2 guys at the lobby saw me carrying heavy luggage to climbe but didn't offer any help. One guy looked at me for 3 times but turned away his head every time. This left me a poor first impression and I won't rate you high regardless how good the hotel is. After I arrived the lobby, one of the 2 guys came and offered to help with the luggage, I was so frustrated and rejected the help. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, but the 2 guys ruined your reputation a lot. The room was spacious, but some details were not good. For instance, there is no hand wash liquid which is uncommon. No bath salt is provided though there is bath tub. My wife was sick and need to see doctor on the day of check out. The hotel wasn't busy, but I was only given half an hour extension for check out which is inconsiderate. The hotel looks old and not well maintained. I believe it used to be very good but it is no longer the case. The view is fantastic but there are very limited activities in the hotel. I don't think I will return again.
