"I told the front desk I would like extended check out and was told I had till 12. At 9:30 someone opened my door while I was about to take a shower. Thank god my boyfriend had the door lock on!!!! Felt extremely unsafe. How would you feel if some strangler just walks into your room. Even if it was housekeeping you can’t just do that. They did not knock or anything.Then around 11:00am we get a knock from housekeeping even though we had a do not disturb sign on the door and was told we had till 12 to leave."

"The location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient. However, my experience overall was disappointing. The bathroom shower/glass area was very dirty and stained, and the mattress was uneven, extremely soft, and uncomfortable. I slept very poorly because of it. What bothered me the most was the checkout situation. Our checkout time was supposed to be at 12 PM, but around 11 AM they were already knocking and calling my friend’s room because the hotel had somehow checked her out at 8 AM without her actually checking out. It created unnecessary stress and confusion before we even left the hotel. Unfortunately, despite the great location, the cleanliness, comfort, and organization did not meet expectations."

"Just very dated and had a weird smell. Staff was nice, but I was annoyed they xalled me at 10:45 just to make sure I was checking out at 11 because their housekeeping staff wanted to go home early. Also they charge for parking when there were literally hundreds of open spots so it felt like an easy way to get more money. Door was kind of rickety but the bathroom was clean, the bed was comfy, and the price was very affordable. I won't be back but if you just need a room to lay your head this is fine. "

"The room was very nice and clean. Just to close to the elevators, as it was noisy the whole stay because of that. People seem to gather there to chat and kids running up and down the hall. Hotel was pretty full. Customer service was good. Facilities were nice."

"Property is being renovated while open for business. It was all handled well and staff was very accommodating and helpful during the process. The units are thoughtfully furnished with everything a traveler might need, and the kitchen allowed for the occasional meal in. Beds were new and very comfortable."
