"Excelkent value for stay in Nuuk , half the price of hotels in town Near airport, located on harbor, 10’ walk from supermarkets and cafes. 3 miles from Noon Center but nearby bus runs into city. Clean airy common area with all kitchen necessities and free instant coffee packets. People leave food so there was also coffee and fingers for brewing. I stayed 2 nights, saw one other resident each night, both respectful and quiet. Rooms are larger than small hotel rooms, common bathrooms are clean, on-site free washer/dryer"

"Surprised to find a large suite ratber thsn a hotel room, living room - dining room/well-supplied kitchen/ bedroom. Great value , nearby supermarkets allowed me to eat meals in which was healthy and saved money - I’ll be eating out later in trip. Nearby shops and bus lines, quiet"

"There were 3 in my party and the room consisted of a large, double bed and a chair/single bed conversion. While we were only there one night, it fulfilled every need we had. The room was larger than anticipated and proved plenty of storage space for our belongings. The only issue we had was that when converting the chair to bed, we were missing a cushion. This did make for an "uneven" night of sleeping. The rest of the property was clean and inviting. The bathrooms having heated floors was a wonderful touch! Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to others."
