Nice rooms, smelly drains

Nice rooms and super friendly and helpful staff. There was a big problem with the drains though as they stank badly and no amount of flushing would get rid of the smell. Surprising for a new hotel.

Great hotel

Wonderful hotel. Fantastically located for lake access. Clean and good attention to detail. My only complaint is the wooden bed bases which have sharp corners. I hit my legs several times on the corners. Also fell over after slipping on slippery floors. But that’s not significant enough to not recommend. Great place to stay in an enjoyable town.

Lovely hotel with lovely view, food and beverage price very reasonable with beautiful rooftop bar. Love the hotel and definitely going to stay there again. Room and bathroom nice and clean with a very comfy double bed. I was on my own and enjoyed staffs service as well. Highly recommended to stay as it is very close to jetty and walkable as well.

Second visit!

This was our second stay at this hotel and when we arrived we welcomed as returning friends. Dinner was again delicious and the French wine was cold( and not too expensive). Would definitely stay here again for airport access.

Gutes Hotel direkt am Fluß

Wir waren die einzigen Gäste in diesem Hotel!!! Tole Lage und sehr gutes Zimmer. Etwas laut, da die Boote auf dem Fluß ordentlich Lärm machen. Natürlich gab es für 2 Personen kein Frühstücksbufett- das kann man verstehen. Die Qualität des ala Carte Frühstücks war allerdings kaum genießbar (altes verschimmeltes Toast, die Butter war verschnutzt und ranzig) Nach einer Beschwerde ging es dann etwas besser und man konnte zumindest etwas essen.

Good location and helpful staff

Service was good and staff very welcoming. The breakfast was nota buffet service due to low number of guests. A personal breakfast order which was adequate in choice for a westerner. The upper bar provided good food and drinks. Our only complaint was it was a little too dark and when we asked for some light to read the menu we were kindly provided with a lighter. Always trying to be helpful!

The hotel was impeccable and the staff so friendly

It's without a doubt one of the best hotels in Inle Lake. The staff is so friendly and even though is a big hotel, you feel them close to you, the know your name and they try to speak your language. The rooms are so clean, everything smells brand new. The breakfast is a la carte and it's delicious and big. The area is very convenient. The hotel can book the tours for you and you can even pay with card the tours. Overall excelent.

Service from the heart

Wow! This is best hotel in Myanmar by far. I happened to got urgent work they provide internet computer 24hr, WiFi was stable and fast. I need a charger they got it. Anything at all. Rooftop bar AMAZING you can feel the breeze and stars. Smiling staffs, clean and spacious rooms. I love the balcony and seeing boats riding through canals. Lake Inle was the Best Part, because of this hotel’s location and access, literally right at your doorstep! Thank you staff.

Nice new hotel at the waterfront

Great location right across the road from where the boats depart for the lake trips. Staff very friendly and helpful as is the case in every hotel we stayed at in Myanmar. Could hear the odd early morning boat take off but didn't bother us at all. Let us know it was nearly time to get up. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.
