Esta bien pero a mi parecer nos es un gran lujo

El hotel está muy bien aunque las habitaciones están viejas, la limpieza en la habitación no fue la mejor, el servicio era bueno aunque tuvimos que esperar a ser atendidos, se nota recorte de personal y para ser un 5 estrellas gran lujo le falta mucho al servicio.

Personal de recepción muy amable. Pésima conexión a Internet, en el móvil la conexión a veces era intermitente y con el ordenador fue imposible conectarse, a pesar de que se comunicó en recepción, no se solucionó el problema, nunca hemos tenido problemas de conexión en ningún otro hotel en el que nos hemos alojado. Fuimos para desconectar y relajarnos pero los portazos continuos en el pasillo durante todo el día lo hacían muy difícil. La limpieza de las habitaciones en general bien pero cuando llegamos en la puerta del armario de nuestra habitación se veían unas salpicaduras muy visibles de chocolate o algo parecido y permanecieron allí durante toda nuestra estancia, deberían cuidar más este tipo de detalles al tratarse de un hotel con un precio medio por noche superior a los 100 € y más aún en los tiempos que corren.

En general el hotel nos ha gustado con algunos detalles a mejorar: el secador de la habitación muy malo, tardas mucho en secarte el pelo y estaba sucio (no comentaría este detalle a no ser por la situación sanitaria actual), imposible cenar en el restaurante justo alado del hotel, fuimos dos días consecutivos para intentar cenar y fue imposible, parecían estar desbordados de trabajo, deberían ofrecer alguna alternativa en el hotel para poder cenar algo sin necesidad de tener que desplazarse al pueblo. En cuanto al spa, es un circuito muy pequeño, ofrecen un precio especial de 16 € para clientes que están alojados pero te cargan 3 € extra por el gorro con lo cual el descuento no se aprecia, en mi opinión es un precio desorbitado para poder disfrutar del circuito un tiempo máximo de hora y media, no pudimos usar la sauna por el aforo máximo ya que siempre había alguien y tampoco pudimos usar las tumbonas térmicas porque otros clientes ya las habían utilizado y tenían que ser desinfectadas (deberían desinfectarlas de manera continua para asegurarse de que todos los clientes puedan utilizarlas al haber pagado el precio requerido). Personal amable en el spa pero no volveríamos a utilizarlo,hemos disfrutado de otros spa mejores por precios más módicos.
