Lovely hotel conveniently located a 10 minute walk from Oakham station. Staff were very welcoming and room was spacious and very comfortable. Appreciated the complimentary biscuits! Breakfast was ok. Tea and coffee pots worked well and the pastries and bread choices were good. The cooked breakfast was fairly standard but perfectly acceptable. I would stay again.

Nice hotel, decent size room with comfy large bed. Lovely breakfast and cheerful helpful staff. Shower over bath - prefer walk in shower but was aware of this when booked.
