“Room was clean and freshly painted, I assume the tub/shower was going to get a liner, it needs one. I am fairly certain I requested downstairs while booking through Expedia, but they said no at check-in. Breakfast wasn't visually appealing (eggs and sausage) but tasted good. Coffee was good.”

“First, when I arrived and checked in got to the room to realize it wasn’t the room type I booked, def was a downgrade. So went to the front desk and the manager was on duty, she was helpful but did complain about the employee who apparently made the mistake implying this wasn’t the first or second time. I was swapped into what was available; it was something closer to what I had booked but still not what I had booked, the outside area in the rear was in disrepair and just overall poor condition...

“The air conditioner worked fine. The room appeared clean to the eye but upon a closer level it was not! Toothpaste on the mirror and faucet, corners of the room and bathroom dirty. The shower did not drain and backed up around your feet. There was a nasty rubber mat that we didn’t even want to touch hanging in the shower. So upon discovering this one one of us was able to take a shower. We wouldn’t get the tv to work. The parking lot did not feel safe. The outside is run down and dirty. We...
