Our room was very clean. The a/c worked great at keeping the room a good temperature. The restaurant in the terrace was delicious and nice. All the staff were very kind. The pool area is so peaceful. The hotel is situated a good 10 minute power walk away of the main central area which allows it to be a nice quiet retreat. There are a few cafes and restaurants nearby, all great choices as well - Elefante being one! Overall a great stay.

We loved our stay at Los Pilares. The location is perfect, just outside the old part of town and a very quiet location (with an amazing cafe just down the road!). The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself was beautiful, so much lush greenery throughout the common areas and the rooms also beautifully decorated.

Perfect boutique hotel!

Los Pilares was perfect -- close enough to everything near the center, but far enough away that it was peaceful and quiet. I loved the ability to take a dip in the pool or grab food at the rooftop restaurant. Would definitely stay here again!

Love Los Pilares!

Our second time at this hotel, and really, it felt like being with family. We love this place, a little jewel walking distance to the town center, and to great eateries nearby.
