Our stay was phenomenal! The room was spacious and clean, with beautiful panoramic views of the mountains. The area felt very safe, with plenty of restaurants nearby and even a shopping mall down the street. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and attentive. Theres parking if needed and easy access to public transportation as well. Overall it was a great experience!

Our suite was beautiful and very clean and the front desk staff was excellent. Bus to town right outside of hotel and lots of restaurants within walking distance and very safe. Small problem with a leaky shower in one of the bathrooms so we used the other bathroom, no big deal for us as the suite was awesome.

Great apartment

Great apartment! Very clean with lots of space. Staff were super nice. I picked this place as they had underground secure parking which was excellent for our rental car. We were surprised how nice the apartment was and how many different restaurants and coffee shops were in this area. A bit of a walk from downtown but this was good to burn off the calories from all the great food in Oaxaca.

The suites are actually the size of an apartment, and exquisitely decorated. The Hotel has no amenities, but we really didn't miss them as we where out all day.

Rooms were very noisy both from inside the building and outside. We had a junior suite and could hear everything in the living room, kitchen and other room. Could even hear the other people snoring from within the room and could hear the elevator from just outside the door. The rooms smelled bad, sewer smell and there were not many windows to get any kind of cross breeze. Staff at check in were friendly and helpful, but not as friendly when checking out. I wouldn’t stay here again.
