"I arrived last in the evening and found the doors locked. I called the reception desk and was let in. The Hotel is clean and comfortable But has no restaurant and there was no Breakfast service. In fairness this information is on the hotel web site and had I paid greater attention. I likely would not have booked a room after a 220km drive and arriving late I did not want to go looking for a restaurant and instead went into the Supermarket next door for bread and meats and cheese to eat in the...

"They have zero air conditioning or any fans anywhere on the property. We were traveling with a toddler in code red heat wave 105 degrees (41 degree Celsius) the staff could care less we asked to cancel our stay and move to another hotel way out of our way they refused and even completely ignored us. Horrible customer service and can care less about their guests."
