"The place was comfy but really far from Bon centre, the transportation is literally on the hotel’s doorstep but you have got to check the bus schedule, hot water is working not as people said, you just need to wait 5 minutes until it’s running "

"Room was basic and not clean. We were told WiFi was available, it wasn’t. We booked and paid extra for a business room, we were given a standard room and refund was refused by the hotel. Not a bad location for getting to cologne city centre."

"Our air conditioner stopped working on the first night and we had to move to a different room. There the water in the shower wasn't draining well and kept accumulating on the floor of the shower cabin. Breakfast was quite good, no comparison to the American Holiday Inn version."
