"We enjoyed our stay very much. We had stayed there regularly years ago and the place was dated at that time. Now the whole building inside and outside has been completely remodeled. Including the Pool area. It is very nice and clean"

"This I our third time staying at Crystal Hotel. When we checked in- Our room was very nice and clean by Lisbeth. The second day we arrived Kamila cleaner our room and made a flower of our towel on our bed. It was very thoughtful. Loved the bar"

"The room was updated with paint carpets, the bed was good but the tub could be upgraded. The pool, spa around it was clean. Miniature golf could be bigger if designed better. There is a lot of land that could be use up.The indoor pool needs some more excitement. Volleyball in the pool wasn’t even used so I thought something like enclosed tube slide might be nice. PJ pizza had good food but the servers were terrible. Didn’t go back .The small restaurant on the left side of the resort had excellent food and most of the servers we dealt with were great. Nice movies and popcorn free. Arcades, air hockey tables and amusement games were extra but well kept. The shuttle into Ocean City was free but we didn’t use it.The staff was always there and willing to help, even the cleaning staff."

"Everything was super great. I do not need room service but when I did ask for some towels and washcloths, I was told by one of the cleaning ladies there was none available, but they would bring me some later so I took the tag off the door so the cleaning staff would come in. I never received any that whole day or the next morning.. I even notified the woman in the hallway that afternoon. Overall, my stay was fantastic. Could you put different lights outside on the decks too bright and attractive mosquitoes?"
