Very nice condo, small ocean view but perfect to look out in the morning and see how beautiful the ocean is. The game room and pool were a nice extra to have to stay entertained. Loved the location. We had a fantastic time. Definitely will be back.

Marylander was great!

Our stay was great. Awesome view from the balcony. The only thing we would’ve wished for was more balcony privacy, but it was a great stay and great service! Thank you!!

Please beware when considering this property. We booked a premium condo, Ocean View but when we arrived we were not given a room with an Ocean View. We were told that we could not be moved to the correct room and that no compensation would be provided. The manager was very rude and attempted to gaslight the situation. In addition, when we arrived a used soap bar was in the shower, the tub was not cleaned well and food was left in the cabinets. Initially, the manager asked us to remove the items, instead of having someone ensure that our room was ready and well cleaned. Also, the furniture on the balcony was torn and worn out. We made the best out of the situation but would not book this condo again. Ocean View is the premier option when going to the beach. To offer Ocean View and not provide it is very bad business.

The unit was dusty, stove was not fully operational (missing knobs), range hood filter extremely greasy, musty smell from vents, balcony door didn’t lock. Carpet in the bedroom in poor condition.

Pictures are Misleading

While I read the fine print, that all condos are different and individually managed, the difference between them is HUGE. Ours was dated and dingy, our friends had a bright spacious area. Shared spaces were clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and nice.

Had a very pleasant stay at this unit. Unit was very clean, spacious, balcony offered ocean views. This unit did provide the towels and linens. However, the bathroom could use an update, being picky but the shower could definitely have more water pressure and the sleeper sofa mattress was quite uncomfortable. Not a fan of indoor pools but did jump in to cool off from the heat after coming off the beach so having a pool as an ammenity is a plus. The location was fantastic, only one block from beach. I would definitely recommend staying here. Looking forward to coming back next year!

This condo space is a mixed bag. Overall I am very glad we stayed there. The selling points are that it it is 90 steps from the beach, has easy parking, kitchenette, separate bedroom, swimming pool, and a balcony. The mitigating factors are that the common areas feel tired and are not air conditioned. This makes the hallways very hot, and the great game room hot and stuffy. The pool is nice, but small for the number of people staying there. The balcony is great with a partial ocean view, but there is no privacy barrier between your balcony and your neighbors. Luckily our neighbors seldom were out and we enjoyed our balcony immensely. It would have been different if our neighbors were loud party people. Communication was tough. The listing and the front desk says all units have a sofa bed. Ours didn't. I booked on Expedia, then got a call the next day from the hotel saying that my dates weren't available and that I'd have to shift my dates. I shifted, and they quoted me a lower rate, but Expedia wouldn't refund money saying the hotel would demand the full amount as a "cancellation fee." The hotel said it was Expedia's issue. In the end, I paid an extra $250 because neither Expedia nor the Hotel would budge, AND I had to move my dates. I had such a good time at the ocean that I have generally gotten over it, but if I go back I will proceed with caution.

Noisy travels easy between rooms

This is a older property but has a convenient location. Property has concrete floors but walls between units allow for easy noise transmission. Our room had two full beds and both were saggy, These are individually owned condos rented out as hotel rooms. The front desk is not attended all the time so check in can be difficult if you arrive late. We were not told about the WI-FI P.W. at the time of registration, nor that the front door has a key code to enter. Make sure you get these at the sign in. Every unit has a living room and a bed room. So it is spacious. However, the bedroom portion doesn't have a window. Beach is a block away.

Nice Condo, but with issues.

The location is great because it's not far from the beach, but far enough from the noise and crowds. The condo is nice, but there were a few issues. For example, 1. Roaches in the kitchen 2. Broken Fridge handle 3. Several missing Patio door blind shades 4. Patio sofa had a sunken sit 5. Washer dirty inside & Dryer makes a loud whistle sound. 6. Tub plug needs to be replaced. 7. Bathroom door does not close correctly and closet door either. 8. No knobs on cabinets I was disturbed as there was a note stating "this property was cleaned per COVID-19 on 9/27/2020 by Team 10". The property manager was friendly and resolved one of the issues, provided an additional chair for the patio. Thank you.

The condo was far from the hustle and bustle but there were plenty of shops, places to get food, and activities nearby. Only bad thing was that our drains in the bathroom were soooo slow

Great room! Modern and clean. Very beach themed. Only disappointment was the 1/2 view of the ocean as there is a building between the ocean and this hotel/condo. So no sunrise from the balcony.

The property is close to the beach and you can see the water from the porch. However, the furniture was dated and the air condition in the bedroom barely worked. The room was not thoroughly cleaned. I found hair on the bathroom floor, dust on the vanity, and dirt on the floors. That was very concerning in the current Covid environment. Thank goodness I brought my stuff to clean.

Great location to the beach. Friendly staff. Hand sanitizer stations throughout the building. Our unit showed some wear and tear but that is to be expected with summer rentals. However, the AC didn't seem to be working. Despite it being set at 71 (and it wouldn't allow to go any lower), it wouldn't drop below 75-78 which made for a very hot/uncomfortable sleep in the bedroom. Shower door also fell off twice.

Cleaning could have been better

The cleaning could have been better. The floor was full of sand and kitchenette was stained, which make us skeptical especially with COVID. We had to lay bedsheet on the couches since they were so dirty. Otherwise, the location is unbeatable.

The pool / deck needs to be renovated. The fooseball table pretty busted up in the game room. Condo was spacious, but not extra toilet paper or trash bags. Shower drain was clogged...my father in law plunged it to get it unclogged. Had nice roomy parking area for guests. Close to the beach.

Update the Rooms for the Price

Rooms weren't as clean as they could be...head board on beds broken, closet door was broken too. Only good part was the location was right next to the beach. You can walk outside and your there. TVs were really old and outdated.
