The hotel cleaning staff kept knocking after I told them they don’t have to clean my room. I went as a way to relax on this trip and it was pouring so it was very distasteful to get bothered constantly on when I’m leaving when I told them they don’t have to clean. When I finally told them to come around 2 pm she got visibly annoyed. Very rude service from the cleaning staff. Hotel lobby staff was great though.

The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels, which was great. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Times Square. The hotel itself has an old, antique charm. The room was quite basic but had comfortable beds, along with an iron and a fridge. It would have been even better if there had been a kettle and some cups.
Overall, very pleased with the hotel and staff.
