Arrived 7/26, fell 7/27, sent to hospital w/multiple injuries. The hotel packed up my stuff, loaded it my car in their garage, brought my electronics to me at hospital and gave permission to leave my car there until someone could come to get it. This is beyond good service and hospitality, these folks are saintly!!

Very pricey but, you get what you pay for. Very very clean and comfortable rooms. Our room was spotless everyday… love the cleaning staff. The beach chairs, towels, umbrellas etc provided were great, but you could not go very far down on the beach. Did not enjoy the strong aroma in the lobby but, we did not spend much time there. The only option for parking is vallae for $55 !!!!! a detailed we some how missed. Great location, we were able to walk to great food, Very very clean and loved all the greenery. We will be back

We love Staying here when we visit family. The hotel has beautiful amenities and offers beautiful views of the ocean. Very walkable to good restaurants. The pool is fun and elevated. Have tried all the restaurants and enjoyed our meals. The Valle is a special treat for foodies! Will be back again early summer!!

Front desk staff were excellent, the layout of our room was really cool (I particularly liked the way that the bathroom doors were set up to allow for a mix of privacy when slid closed, or more space in the room when open), and the location is unbeatable. Having access to the sister property amenities was also a plus.

Room was beautiful, loved the views. Had issue with toilet, but staff made it right immediately by refunding resort fee and providing free breakfast. Will definitely be back.
