"Our flight was delayed a few hours so it was a long day for us by the time we arrived to check in. There was no one at the front desk but I could hear noises from the office. I called out and no one came out. That's when I noticed a sign stating that they were helping other patrons so we waited. After several minutes, the attendant came out of the office. I smiled and asked if she was waiting on us. (Making a joke since we were so late.) She didn't smile and asked for name and credit card. We finished the transaction and I thought to myself, "I never want that sourpuss the first face my customers see when they come into my business!""

"Room 111 was below average. Cracks in bathroom ceiling and mold on ceiling as well. Bed was absolutely awful. Soft mattress went straight down to the platform which was like sleeping on the floor."

"Rooms were filthy. Smelled like pot. Rude staff. No elevator. Despite a text that said a shuttle was coming - no shuttle Service is available. Sign and check in said breakfast til 10. At 9 am it was gone. Staff either didn’t speak English or if they did just said. Too bad. Worst hotel ever. "
