"Staff was very friendly, room was very clean and had a great view of the city and mountains. Bed was so comfortable and cozy. The heated floors were a great addition too for the winter nights. Great location about 4-5 minute walk to several trains stops! Would highly recommend staying here. "

"Amazing hotel that is very well situated for the many great sights and sounds of Seoul! Amazing customer service, room delivery, breakfast, and room cleaning. 1. Love the 2 free water bottles stocked in the room everyday. 2. The breakfast is totally worth it. Love all of the options. 3. Several bus stops, ATMs, and convenience stores right near the hotel. 4. Subway line is directly in front of the hotel. Amazing! 5. Myeongdong and Deoksugung Palace are nearby. Great pricing as well. Would come back here. 10/10!"

"한국올때마다 튤립호텔에서 묵는데 이번엔 더좋았어요. 아침조식 무료 쿠폰을 제공해줬는데 생각보다 조식 퀄리티가 너무 좋아서 놀랬어요 ㅎㅎ 같이간 부모님도 너무 맛있다고 하셨고 음식대부분이 신선하고 금방금방 만들어서 주더라구요 너무 좋았습니다! 하우스키퍼 분중에서 중년남자분 성함은 모르는데 참 선하게 생기시고 뭐더필요하신거 없냐고 매일 물어보시고 물이며 수건이며 이거저거 잘챙겨주셔서 너무 만족했습니다. 룸 컨디션도 다 깨끗하고 좋았구요! 다만 한가지 불만은 체크인할때 꼭 키오스크로 체크인 해야하는 시스템이 좀 별로였어요 그날 저말고도 몇팀이 줄을 서있었는데 앞에 떡하니 프론트남자 직원분이 서있었는데도 다른 사람들은 키오스크로 체크인 해야하는 이유를 모르겠더라고요? 그리고 프론트남자분중에 안경끼신 남자분 좀 불친절해요...매번느껴요 뭘 요청하면 귀찮아하는표정+건성건성 암튼 프론트데스크 시스템+직원불친절 만 개선하면 좋겠네요 다른건 다 좋았습니다. "Too many good things to say about Four Points at Seoul Station. The room was clean and spacious. The spacious bathroom was perfect as well. Checking in and out was a smooth and quick process. As good as those were, the restaurant is a definite must. For both dinner and breakfast, you won't be disappointed. Enjoyed one of the best prepared burgers I've ever had along with done of the local beer. The breakfast buffet had a wide assortment of items to meet your wants. The location is great, and is only a few minutes walk from the train station. We'll definitely stay again next time we are in Seoul. "
