"I arrived at the hotel around 13:30. The hotel door was closed. I called the hotel number. The hotel employee who answered the phone said they would open it at 17.00, being extremely rude and unsympathetic. Although it says on the internet that they will be open until 14.00, the hotel is closed and they did not help me. It's freezing cold outside and I had to use the bathroom. So I was stuck in the street. I called again to cancel my reservation, this time they never answered the phone. ...
