"Dwyane at the front desk was excellent and had great recommendations. Kayli (hope I spelled that right) was our housekeeper and a delight and very professional. The room was clean and very spacious. Halls were quite and the elevators were quick. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options and kept well stocked. There was plenty of seating to eat. Parking lot had plenty of spots. Would definately stay next time I am in Enid. Would recommend."

"Arrived to check in at 5p. Room was not ready. Waited 30 min to get to our room. Stepped over 2 different people sitting bare foot in the hall. Room had foul smell. Beds not made. Trash still full. Went to front office to request a room change. Staff states they have no other rooms available. Staff did offer a refund after a long conversation "
