"Family room was great especially with having 3 kids 10 and under. Breakfast was convenient. Check in and check out was easy. Only negative thing was no pamphlets or info in room, was all online but wasn’t advised so didn’t realise on the first night that room service etc was all online"

Got to our room an it was everything me and my 2 kids needed an very clean. Beds were so comfortable. Warm inside pool an a relaxing spa space. Recommend this place , especially for the price and will deffently stay there again when we go back to Rotorua."
