"I arrived to the location about 2 hours earlier from check in time, But the cafe at downstair was open and let me checked in. Staffs were friendly, helpful and fun to talk. You can get discounts or free drinks from the cafe restaurant. I think the hotel location is really convenient to access to anywhere in the island. "We stayed in the Deluxe room this time, the room is very clean and all rooms are seaview room. The breakfast is expectional, especially the Japanese Style breakfast, they offered the entire set meal with rice and 5 dishes. Also the Spa and Tiger beach offer the great experience and the price is fair. I recommend to stay in this resort for more than 1 day."
