"The staff was fine. But the overall cleanliness in the room, waiting area, hallways, etc. was not. There were stains on couches, carpets, and bedding.bathroom door would not lock, the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept and there was hair in the “clean” towels. We were only there for one night stay but I would never book another room with this hotel after this experience."
