โWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Frances Modern Inn. It was a perfect location for our needs. And our suite was very clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We also really appreciated the keyless entry to the property and our room and the complimentary water and sparkling water in our room. There is limited on site parking but such was only a minor inconvenience. โ
โit was the best place to stay in austin. clean, comfortable, cozy, safe. and fun neighborhood. nicest staff. wanted to stay longer. if i ever visit austin again, i donโt think i will be looking into any other hotels. โ
โProperty was amazing. I was comfortable from the second I entered the door. The bed was comfy, the den felt like I was at home. The wireless audio system made hosting guests easy. I have zero complaints about this properties.โ

Iโm a UT Austin alumni and this was a visit to Austin after 20 some yrs with my college son. The hotel had a sense of class and its connections with the univ brought me back memories of UT days.
As for thr accommodation, it was spacious in and out and overall it was nice. However, Iโd like to mention several things as to help improve the site.
1) The room was not so quiet โ street noise and chatters from the corridor were transferred transparently.

โRose at check in, was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond to communicate with me regarding reservation issues, that were out of her control, and was simply so sweet when I checked in! She also helped with information about surrounding areas. โ
โIt was my first time to Austin, Texas and was pleasantly services at how easy it was to get around the city. The Omni was the perfect choice for my visit and would definitely stay there again.โ
โRooms are spacious and felt like a small apartment. Very cozy and staff was attentive. They can be a little more inviting and talkative, but it may have been a culture difference. โ
