"I have stayed in this hotel in the past, when they still had reception and breakfast, ant the stay was great. Therefore, I booked it again, and have to say, now the feeling is like living in student dormitory. Rooms require maintenance, shower had mould between the tiles and rusty service box, ceiling was wet, etc. So if you need just a night stay somewhere quick, then it is fine, but I would not book holiday stay in this place. "Being right on the strip, the noise of a night time was terrible from the nightlife and the shipworks that were going on, sleeping was a challenge. Checking in was very difficult without phoning ahead first, and even then our check in instructions were sent to a wrong number. Stayed for 7 nights but didn't once see the cleaner to get our towels and toilet rolls replaced, had to buy our own. The location was perfect though as we are a young couple and really enjoyed visiting the bars right on...

"We had a wonderful stay here. The only thing we had trouble with was controlling the heat but we opened a window to help and turned it off to help from keeping it too warm. The bathroom floors were also heated which was fantastic but we did have to keep the floor mats down so that it wasn’t too hot for our feet. We did not consider these things to be actual ISSUES as they are in place to of course keep you comfortable and cozy, but it would be our only feedback. Everyone there was wonderful and we will be back again if ever in this part of Lithuania, in the future. "

Amazing customer service
"Amazing customer service. Great location, good amenities and breakfast. Receptionist Erika was absolutely above and beyond. Very friendly and helpful. My daughter had an issue which required medical consultation, so she was very anxious about it. We tried to find info about open clinics at the local pharmacy, but they sent us to the hospital (emergency room). When we got back to the hotel Erica found an open clinic for us, called there, helped with the language (we don’t speak Lithuanian) and got a consultation on the phone, therefore we had clear instructions from the nurse. All free of charge. She also cheered up and comforted my daughter. Thank you, Erica, you saved our day. "
