"The host was super friendly and helpful, even went above and beyond to help troubleshoot a WiFi issue. Location is amazing, right on the pedestrian street, restaurants starting just a few feet and continue all the way to Old Town which was maybe a 10-15 minute walk. I had a room with a kitchenette which was nice. Although being in that location, I wasn’t affected by street noise. My room was 39 steps up."

"Great location to the old city . Staff very welcoming and professional. Breakfast has good selection. Only issue was there bathroom had no shower gel left or handwash left . I asked the cleaner to replenish but she didn’t and I had to ask the reception staff who very quickly sorted it out"

"The owner was so lovely and gave us tons of local recommendations. He’s very accommodating and extremely helpful. The location was the best, with great access to tons of destinations and restaurants nearby! The rooms were very clean and cozy and the shared bathrooms and kitchen are all very well maintained. Can’t wait to come back again!"

"The first thing you need to know if booking with Hotels.commis that there is NO parking at this hotel - if you’re lucky you can get on the street, and I mean similar to a lottery win! Otherwise there are expensive car parks about 5 mins walk. The staff are all so lovely and helpful, we had such a warm welcome. We stayed in Room 101, a great sized room, old but very clean. The bed was very comfortable but needed a bottom sheet per mattress as it slides off. Only slight issue is that guests often congregate and talk loudly outside, at night and on way to Breakfast. Breakfast was so cramped - the lovely lady serving is so wonderful and cooks up delicious local delights. The location is perfect! We wandered around Sarajevo and always felt very safe."
