The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was a bit dated but clean and well equipped. Unfortunately the bed was extremely firm, and we did not get a great sleep. The walls were also a bit thin and sound traveled from the hallway into the room.

Very nice and helpful, very sweet. Place is very beautiful and cozy. The public bathrooms were amazing and the onsen in our room was really nice. They have a shuttle, just make sure they can pick you up.

This hotel offered a beautiful and spacious room that is ideal for large families or groups. We only stayed 1 night but would consider this a nice option for week long stays. The people that work there are genuinely kind and welcoming.

広々として，清潔感もあり使いやすかった。 夜に入館したため，チェックイン時の鍵の部分が暗くわかりにくかった。 外国人対応も意識しての掲示もわかりました。 館内は段差があるので、サイト上2階への階段の案内の他に字とことプラスされていればkさらに良いかもしれません。 また，チェックイン前に宿泊者の写真登録が必要な意味も、実際にチェックインしてセキュリティ上理解しました。滞在は快適でした。
