“First time staying here, we had a king room with a balcony! Soooo spacious! The bed was super comfy! We will definitely be staying again!”

“Easy check in. Close to Gatlinburg, which was nice!! The pool was not the best and no bacon for breakfast. The sink and mirror was outside the bathroom which was inconvenient when you try to get ready in the morning and not wake up everyone else.”

“This is our favorite hotel in Pigeon Forge. We always love the king room, soaker tub, balcony over the river. Our only complaint this stay and why I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the AC unit was horrible. We wanted to switch rooms, but with just a 2 night stay didn’t want to move all of our stuff. It was cool enough, but everytime it cycled on/off it made a loud clunk that scared you and you could never get to sleep or it would just wake you up constantly. But other than that it’s the best!...

“Unfortunately, this morning my sister when to the bathroom and felt something crawling on her neck, when she swatted away it was a live bed bug, for what she came out of the bathroom to let us known and get off of the bed.…We started looking the mattresses and all corner through our phone flashes, we found 3 more bugs bed on the wall and bathroom. We collected the evidences and shared with the receptionist, and left immediately.”

“Clean Room was very clean and Breakfast was good. Staff was very nice.”
