The food at Baros is top notch. Breakfast was fantastic every day that I was there. I stayed in an overwater villa with great views. Snorkeling at the house reef gave way to views of wonderful underwater life. When I come back to Maldives, I will book this place without hesitation. As for the expedia option of pre-paying for dinner, don't. Just go a la cart and not feel obligated to eat at the same restaurant. It's priced such that you are getting the maximum priced items on the menu each night and only includes one of the three restaurants. The food is great at that restaurant though, so no complaints there. I would have preferred more flexibility in how I used those funds.

Easily accessible by 15-20 minute speedboat transfer. Warm hospitality and impeccable service. Breakfast menus change each day. Dinner inclusion in half-board is different each night so get to try different cuisine. Same butler (Mr/Ms Friday) throughout the entire stay which is great. Crystal clear turquoise water, very beautiful. Highly recommended and I would love to return to Gili in the near future.

Como Cocoa is paradise on earth. This is now our favourite resort and we can’t wait to return. The resort is stunning with all rooms sitting over the water in the beautiful lagoon. The house reef is exceptional and the dive staff were knowledgeable and safe. The staff are friendly and professional, often greeting you by name, and are clearly happy in their work. Special mention goes to the chef, who makes the most delicious food and is very accommodating with the menu choices.

The service was beyond exceptional, the surroundings were breathtaking, and the peace and privacy we had were unmatched. Whether relaxing in our villa, snorkeling in crystal-clear waters, or enjoying world-class dining under the stars, every moment felt magical. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special every single day. This place is paradise in every sense of the word. 10/10
