La estancia fue perfecta. El personal excelente. Una única pega: nos pareció excesiva la carga de trabajo de las empleadas el domingo por la mañana atendiendo simultaneamente el desayuno y la recepción. Hay que cuidar más al personal.

Desastre.

Se contrató correctamente dos adultos, un niño y no les dio la gana de poner una cama supletoria, achacando que no la habíamos pedido e instándonos a pagar 20 euros si la queríamos. Pedimos una plaza de parking, primera respuesta no encontró a s el mando a distancia, segunda respuesta es que está completo, por ello no encontramos el mandado.Sabanas con cal de la plancha, colcha sucia. Eso si nos intentaron compensar con el desayuno gratis.

The hotel in general is very good. Large rooms and plenty of space. The surroundings with a view to the mountains are incredible. However there is a lack of service from the staff. First of all the kitchen is closed for food between 4 and 7 more or less. A kitchen in a four star hotel should never be closed during the day. And in general the staff has a lack of service.

MUY BUEN HOTEL EN OLVEGA

Sorprende la riqueza de materiales con las que está construido. Estuvimos muy cómodos. Cama, colchón y almohada muy buenos. En el armario había mas almohadas. Baño enorme y precioso de marmol, aunque el marmol blanco del suelo estaba lleno de marcas oscuras. Es muy delicado este tipo suelo. Bañera enorme. Grandes ventales . Buena cafeteria en el hotel donde se puede hacer desayuno y cenas.Personal atento.

Un gran hotel en un pequeño pueblo soriano

El hotel está bien situado, en la frontera con Zaragoza . Es un hotel muy acogedor , las habitaciones son inmensas y el baño increíble . El personal necesitaría un cursillo de hostelería, se les veía agobiados en algunos momentos pero eran muy serviciales.
