"We spoke to the clerk prior to arrival as we realized the office would be closed when we arrived via ferry. When we arrived, there were several envelopes taped to the window for others who arrived late. We didn’t spend much time in Picton or the hotel but it was certainly convenient to the ferry terminal."

"The grounds were immaculate. We got the top level room, which provided spectacular views. It also had much large space than we were expecting. The kitchen even had an air fryer and a large fridge. The price... fantastic. Can walk to anywhere you need, the takeaway around the corner... has the best sweet n sour pork we have ever had. Will go back here again and request the same room. Cannot fault it."
