Awesome staff with great communication. Quiet area in Kyoto and about 11 min walk to the station. Kitchen and washer/dryer were convenient and easy to use. Shower was also great with good water pressure.

The staff were amazing in helping with tickets and luggage forwarding especially Diana who speaks English. Walking distance to multiple convenience stores, pharmacy and train station.
