"Great staff and was very helpful. There is always something that just goes wrong for me at Home2. We paid an extra $50 for early check in and extra $50 for the only available room, on top of the $300 we paid for room. We ended up finding an ant problem in this $400 and we were gladly relocated, thank goodness there was another room but they could comp anything even the parking. Paid $400 for one night at Home2 with early check-in so a bit disappointed that all they could offer me was “points” which doesn’t matter because I book through Expedia. Love home2 and probably will keep booking but it now 3 in a row I have had an issue. "

"There was no soap by the bathroom sink. Staff said shipment was delayed. No one could go to Costco to buy emergency bars of soap? During our four-day stay we had to pump body wash from the shower onto a tray to be able to wash our hands in the bathroom sink. Bathroom sink faucet had very little pressure and the hot/cold taps were opposite of what you would expect. Lobby was a mish-mash of seating and shapes and not attractive. Exterior was very unattractive."

"Purchased room at this hotel and paid more than rates of other local hotels due to being part of the Marriot brand. That was a mistake. The hotel is run down and ready for a makeover. I have stayed in many lower level hotels that were in better shape than this hotel. Not satisfied with this hotel at all"
