"This property is immaculate! Bedrooms are HUGE and open space of kitchen and great room is an EXCELLENT gathering area...and at the back of the house - so no outside disturbances. Great location to navigate both Orange Beach and Gulf Shores along with inland communities. Although we had some challenges with the internet; service staff was extremely helpful (over a holiday) and rectified the situation in a timely manner. HIGHLY recommend this property. "

"Pool and common areas were immaculate. Pool is very well kept. Our unit was nice, but needs some updating and minor work. The tub drips, the patio screen door is hard to open and does not close all the way, the ac unit is very noisy. The Internet was intermittent and the master bath exhaust fan doesn’t work. But on the plus side the bed was comfy and the shower water pressure was great! The view of the ocean was spectacular and made up for some of the other stuff. "

"This is a 6th floor room with a small balcony overlooking the beach. The property is clean and comfortable but showing its age in places. There is a small pool and direct beach access. Parking requires a permit -- make sure it is there, and if not, communicate with the host right away. Security on site is minimal but friendly -- however, they will boot or tow un-permitted vehicles."
