โI was very happy I chose this property close to the madness of Times Square but also far enough away to be quiet. The subway station is a 5 minute walk away so convenient for reaching anywhere. Loved the Hellโs Kitchen area some great bars and dining options.
The room we had was two queens it was big by manhattan standards. It was immaculately clean. The shower was poweful and the bathroom was lovely. Breakfast was great plenty of choice all fresh and staff were always friendly. We managed...
โThe property was convenient to where we needed to be.
Staff very helpful. Entrance was not handicap accessible.
Bit noisy on streetside. But room was comfortable. โ
โJames was very personable and professional in welcoming us. Room was tastefully furnished, bed very comfortable. At breakfast, the attentive service, delicious food, and peaceful ambiance provided a perfect way to start the day! โ
โThere's no restaurant in the hotel.I saw the performance at Lincoln Center, and there was no taxi, so I walked by subway and couldn't eat dinner late at night, but there was no room service! The front desk clerk told me to order Uber Eats, which was amazing. I drank all the water, but I didn't bring a new bottle after cleaning, so I had to go to the front desk and get it! The hotel has poor facilities and services for over 500 dollars.โ
โJust an incredible stay. The room was huge and very well maintained. The hotel had a gym which was well maintained. Great location and very friendly staffโ
