"this property is in seirous need of repair. the HVAC unit did not work. The sink in the downstaires bathrm had a leak at the sink faucet, and towels had been placed around the spiogt and on the floor of the cabinet. The front door was difficult to use because the equipment was so beat up. The threshold from the kitchen into the bedroom was loose and a tripping hazard. in general, the property is just bear yp.
