“The property is poorly maintained in and out. There looks to be lots of maintenance needed throughout the property. Although the room was clean it was small and cramped for two of us, it was in need of a repaint and a replacement of the worn carpeting. The breakfast area has few choices, is poorly organized, does not have any proteins available with breakfast, has no lids for hot coffee, nor do they use metal silverware or hard plates, instead it's plastic eating utensils and paper plates....

“We stay here every time we go to the islands. This time we got the early ferry. The lady at the desk packed us breakfast since we would miss it due to leaving so early. The amazing thing about it is that there were 10 of us! Such an act of kindness! Seems every time we come something grest happens! Thank you to your staff for hearts of gold!!”
