โBeautiful property. The room was spacious and clean. The sheets were soft and the bed was comfortable. The wait staff was very professional and attentive. The breakfast was delicious and included in the stay. It was walkable to Old Town Ashland. We stayed on foot for most of our stay. Very close to Lithia Park, dining and entertainment. Highly recommend.โ

โThe Peerless was a nice stay for a couple nighta on our trip up the coast. We stayed in the honeymoon suite. Plenty of space and quiet during our stay. The adjustable shades made the views customizable. So we could open them more to see the mountain views or close them. There are homes and businesses on all sides, but still felt private. โWe did a last minute trip to Ashland to see a few plays this past weekend. Susan and Adam the owners were wonderful hosts and very friendly. We left early in the AM of our check out date and was going to miss the scheduled 9am breakfast. Susan and Adam had a to go plate of the pastry being served that morning along with some berries to take on our drive home. This was a very nice surprise. We plan to go back and stay with them again,. โ
โI loved the sweet, local touches in regards to the in-room coffee and bedside chocolates. Our beds in room 3 were very comfortable, the decor was fantastic, and the retro kitchen appliances were fun & perfectly functional. Also, drinking my morning coffee on the beautiful patio was a delightful way to start my day! โ
โThe Plaza Inn is as close to perfection as possible. Excellent location near most of the desirable destinations. It is safe, comfortable, quiet, and located in a natural setting.
As an elderly guest with some dietary restrictions (gluten), their complementary breakfast selections were excellent.โ

Full kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bath. Many, many conveniences. Cafe table in garden outside. We parked once and walked everywhere. Lovely host. Really, I can't imagine anyone giving it less than a perfect score. Would definitely stay here again.โ
โI absolutely fell in love with this property it was so beautiful from the moment we drove up the hill to see this gorgeous house at the top. The yard and garden was a surprise. I wasnโt expecting to have such a peaceful place to stay the pictures donโt even do it justice. I would definitely Want to stay there again when I come to visit family. โ

โI love Lithia Springs and have stayed multiple times. It's just so peaceful and beautiful. Disappointed to find that breakfast is no longer included.
