“Easy check In.
Was a little scary to arrive at room and have door ooen and man came out. He said he was maintenance. Aaked if we needed help with bags. I was umm no thanks..late at night. Was odd.... ”
“The room I initially reserved had beds that were too soft for my spouse and they were hurting his back. The kind staff upgraded us to a room with a bigger bed that was firm and had a hot tub in the room for no additional charge. The hot tub was very helpful for his back. Really appreciated them working with us to make us both comfortable. ”
“Staff at check-in was very friendly. The room was very very clean which is a plus. The bed was very comfortable. Although this motel does not serve any type of food right next door in walking distance is a gas station medi Mart which was a plus. If and when we go back to Klamath falls Oregon we will definitely stay at this facility
